The phone is ok, but the SIM can have some services activated, per example: Call Barring; or Call Diverting... in order to deactivate these functions, you'll have to type a deactivation code for each one: to deactivate the Call Barring you'll have to type this specific number: #33# and press the call key, when asked for a password, please enter 0000 and press the confirmation key. To deactivate the Call Diverting, please call this number: ##002# and then the phone will display a message like " Divert Cancelled " that is the confirmation that the Call Divert is deactivated, good luck. :)
