i have a ATI radeon video card on my care veriton 7600 gt pc . when ever i play nay video file on internet it stops or play very slowly . i am getting 12 mbps internet speed but there is no improvment in video files. it plays and stops for some time and agian start buffering

12 mbps?sounds very high..is it the speed across the LAN?do a check on speedtest.net

INSTALL NEW DRIVERS: First remove old one then restart then install new drivers that should work in not check codecs check installed progs download advanced systemcare 3 free and install, update and run. it'll fix most of your problems.
