If you print out a Test Page (Start -> Control Panel -> Printers & Faxes -> Right Click on your printer entry -> Properties -> Print out a "Test page")
If that does not print please follow these steps: Remove the printer USB cable from your PC -> Restart your PC -> Log back onto your Profile -> Click on Start -> Control Panel -> Printers & Faxes -> Delete all printer entries -> Restart your PC -> Log back onto your profile -> Plug the printer USB cable into the back of your PC -> Go into Printers & Faxes -> Right Click on the Kodak AiO entry -> click "Set as Default" -> Now try to print.
ONCE YOU HAVE THE DRIVERS INSTALLED DO THE FOLLOWING:
Go to START >> SETTINGS >> PRINTERS AND FAXES.
Right click the printer in the PRINTERS AND FAXES window and go to PROPERTIES.
Click the DEVICE SETTINGS tab
Change the DUPLEX UNIT (FOR 2-SIDED PRINTING) to INSTALLED
I just want to know also if you have a problem in printing, scanning or copying. If so, it might be an issue with ink cartridges. However i would like you to follow these steps. Just click the word "SOLUTION" below.
When you say all other printing processes are ok, I am assuming you can make copies and print from the computer. If so...then are the blank faxes coming from several different fax machines or are they coming from one particular fax machine. If one particular fax machine, then the problem is probably on their end. I need to go backwards a second....when you receive a fax does the machine spit out a blank page or no paper is fed at all..it just receives the fax? Is the machine programmed to just receive faxes to memory to be printed out later? It doesn't make sense for it to print or copy but not to print a fax. If problem persist try a different fax modem.
