Question about Whirlpool 25.6 cu. ft. Side-by-Side Refrigerator with In-Door-Ice Dispensing System
If you have a filter that needs to be changed it would be in the fresh food section, usually near the top (it is usually clearly marked) or near the floor in the front which looks kind of like a dial. You usually don't have to turn the water off to replace these types.
If you don't have that any where, and you want a filter, you can buy a kit at hardware store and install it on the water supply line.
