The controllers worked fine until I updated the xbox 360, now the controllers act as if their going dead as of bad batteries, but the batteries are fine. did hook controllers directly, and end up with the same results. Please help me
Just had exact same happen to me, looks like Microsoft have stopped people using Datel controllers as part of there update, hope Datel can fix this
I have the same issue and I went online to buy a modded controller instead, seeing as how I called ms and they acted as if they had no idea that their update did this so they gave me 3 months of gold for free I guess that was my severance pay lol. Datel had answers for me except that they didn't know they did that in the update, you gotta buy a new controller until they do an upgrade which may not happen.

THE FIX GOES LIKE THIS A COST YOU NOTHING IF YOU HAVE A CELL PHONE: WITH MOST CELL PHONES YOU GET A COMBINATION EAR PIECE AND MIC ALL ON A SMALL BLACK CABLE THAT PLUGS INTO YOU CELL PHONE FOR HANDS FREE SERVICE. ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS TAKE THE PART OF THE CABLE THAT HAS THE MIKE AND ALSO HAS A BLACK PLASTIC PART THAT YOU WOULD USE TO HOLD THE MIKE ON YOUR SHIRT AND WITH THAT PLASTIC HOLDER CLAMP THE MIC AT THE VERY END OF THE ARM THAT HAS THE TURTLE BEACH MIC JUST BEFORE THE SOFT FOAM COVER WITH THE MIC FACING IN TOWARDS YOUR MOUTH. PLUG IN THE VERY SMALL EAR PIECE INTO YOUR EAR JUST LIKE YOU WHERE GOING TO USE IF WITH YOUR CELL PHONE. PLACE THE HEAD SET FROM TURTLE BEACH ON LIKE YOU NORMALY WOULD AND PLUG IN THE END OF THE CELL PHONE MIC CABLE INTO THE SLOT ON YOUR TURBO FIRE TWO CONTROLER AND AWAY YOU GO. THE EAR PIECE IS SO SMALL THAT YOU WILL NOT EVEN FEEL IT IN YOUR EAR, THIS WAY YOU GET ALL OF THE GREAT SOUNDS FROM THE HEAD SET AND CAN ADJUST ITS VOLUME BUT YOU CAN ALSO CHAT THRU THE MIKE AT THE SAME TIME. IT WORKS GREAT AND DOES SOLVE THE ISSUE IN A RUBEGOBLDERG SORT OF A WAY. WE STILL NEED IT CORRECTED FROM THE FACTORY. IF YOU ARE PLAYING TWO WORLDS TWO THEN YOU KNOW ME AS DEEP RESERVE WHERE I USED THIS COMBINATION WHEN IN THE MARSHLAND LEVELING UP. WAL-MART HAS A GREAT ONE FOR 9.95 IN THE CELL PHONE SECTION MADE BY "BODYGLOVE" AND IT WORKS GREAT!
