Is you monitor an LCD?
Did you change the resolution you are running at? LCD's dont really like being run at anything but there native resolution.
If not, try the OSD settings. The monitor most likely has buttons on the front of sides to control them. Dont worry, ther isnt anything in there that can cause harm to your screen.
