It is from camcorder. I capture same video on my girlfriends desktop with same program and it is not jumpy. All of my captures are jumpy. It seems it doesnt have enough umph to run it without the jumpiness. That is why i added the extra gig of mem. it is a toshiba a75-s231 with pentium 4 3.33 ghz.

From what source is this video coming?

Well, I have captured video on old Sony Vaio's (like 600mhz 256mb RAM) and no jumpy's. There might be a setting in your capturing preferances. Like limit the framerate to 10fps or something. Check all settings on your girlfriends computer, then check yours. Make your settings like hers. Try again.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Unfortunately, no. By recording in fast mode, the camera captured fewer frames than usual. When played back at the normal speed, the action appears faster than normal. Because the camera recorded fewer frames, there is no way to make up for the images that were not captured. You could slow down the playback, but the result would be a jerky, jumpy video.
Now, if you had accidentally captured the video in slow motion, you could then throw away some of the intervening frames and recreate a normal-speed video.

Thank you for your help last time

256 mb of memory is not very much. It's the bare minimum you can get by with running Windows XP. Adding more would certainly be an improvement.
Only 1 gig of free space left on an 80 gig hard drive is not much room for Windows to work with. I would definitely try to get rid of or back up some files to make more room. You should also run a system clean up and do a defragmentation of the hard drive.

You should keep your anti virus software up to date if you have one installed. If not you can go HERE and run Trend Micro's Houscall on your PC. Viruses and Spyware will bog down a system and cause it to run extremely slow.
