Question about Dell 962 Photo All-In-One InkJet Printer
Check to insure that the ribbon cable which attaches to the print head is intact and secure. Ensure that you have removed all the protective tape from the cartridges before installing them, and that the ink carriage is clean. (no ink on the copper contacts of either the carriage or the ink cartridge itself.)
