Question about Sylvania 6842-PEM 42 in. EDTV-Ready Plasma Television
I've had this TV for about a month, and all of a sudden while I was watching it, it just turned itself off. I attempted to turn it back on, the green power light would come on and the screen would get brighter momentarily before automatically switching itself back over to standby mode and the red light. I found on another site that it could be the power supply, but I was just wondering if there were any other suggestions, and if this looks like I'm going to need the repair people.
Did you get your tv fixed? It may be the Sub power supply unit. If the main supply went out it would not light the display at all. Yes it is time for th repair shop. Good Luck.
