Question about Hitachi 60V500 60" Rear Projection HDTV-Ready Television
Our TV is about 9 years old and there are double images, one in red and one in teal. The overall color is red. (So if you see the word "football" we see it twice) We have used "magic focus" several times but it doesn't work for that problem. We are wondering how we can fix the problem and how much it may cost to fix it. We loved the television. We're just not sure if it would be too expensive to fix and perhaps we should get a new one or is it an easy fix and in short order we can have our favorite television back in working order.
We appreciate your expert opinion and so does the rest of the family who enjoys watching the Packers game on Sunday.

It is just a convergence problem which makes the image look doubled.it can be repaired by any good local tv technician for approx 75 to 80 dollars.nothing much to worry.
