My webcam has been working when I use it with yahoo messenger until yesterday I saw an error message saying not connected. when I reboot my laptop then reconnected to yahoo messenger, said it was connected but I can see a black image/background, I went to YM help and tried to change the camera source but it only showed me USB video device on the drop down button. pls help me.thanks! I can't enter this product: acer aspire 2920z...I used the one's below to post this problem.

well..... it doesn't work on messenger it faded out so u cant click it..... and same for facebook :(

sounds more like a problem with yahoo messanger. try reinstalling it from there home page
or otherwise if this doesnt work then download your webcam software again from acers website. which is http://support.acer-euro.com/drivers/downloads.html
