HELP! I have a Kodak easy share camera. It is about 1 year old.
I have several minutes of video that I took and I have been trying for MONTHS to get it from the camera to a dvd? I want to keep it forever...
I tried to take it to a local store - they said it was in the wrong format? I contacted Kodak but everything they told me to do - doesn't work.
I am not very compuyer savvy, so whoever helps, PLEASE try to keep it SIMPLE!
THANK YOU! HELP!
Not sure if you still need help or not but if you do........I use a program called ConvertXtoDVD...you can find a demo version of it online...it will convert your video to a format that can be viewed on any dvd player or computer....after it is done with the conversion it will burn it to a dvd for you......very simple program to use and the quality of the video is as good as any of the more expensive programs can do.

Your fix could be as simple as cleaning the camera's battery contacts,
or it could be something more serious and expensive. Before you pay
for expensive repairs that you may or may not need, check the Kodak
Help Center by clicking on the link below. It uses a simple Q&A
format to diagnose problems and propose solutions.
I have a Easy Share M863 and have had it less than a year. It was working great and then last week I tried turning it on and it would not open. I thought it might be the battery needed charging so I did that. It still will not open. I contacted Kodak and they told me they would give me 15% on a new digital camera. That is not what I wanted. My camera is not even a year old. It should have lasted longer I think.
