Part on wheel base broken, unusable

While pushing the stroller in damaged parking log, a strong jolt seemed to break a plastic piece in the wheel area that has effected the wheel's stability. The stroller is currently unusable. I've been to the Tripleplay site, and do not see any information on potential parts that can be replaced, though it looks like the front wheel base could be replaced without having to replace the entire stroller.

Do you know if this is possible, or if there is a place I can take the stroller into be fixed?
