Tip

Rim Blackberry- Increase Speed While Browsing

To increase the speed while browsing the internet on you BlackBerry all you need to do is turn of the javascript.
JavaScripts most of which large and can't be processed by your BlackBerry , so turning off JavaScript support will not impact the browsing feature on the SmartPhone.

Options >
Browser Configuration >
Then select "Allow Java script pop-ups and Support Javascript"

How do I enable javascript on my HTC wildfire please? Some internet apps won't load up without it enabled.

The option for this is found inside your web browsers settings. While in the browser, press the "Menu" button. Then select "More" and then press "settings". While in settings just click on the option that says "Enable JavaScript" and then you're done!
Good luck! And please, if you do find this answer helpful give it thumbs up :)

Hi, I have a LG Rumour 2, I am trying to access my hotmail account on my phone but it tells me I have to have javascript or javascript is blocked, can you please tell me how to enable java. Thank you!

Unfortunately, Hotmail is not very mobile-friendly at this time. There is an alternate way to access your e-mail from your browser, though. Try going to http://mobile.live.com from your phone, and let me know if that helps!

How to enable javascript in nokia 6030

  1. Open the Nokia web browser.
  2. Navigate to a site that uses Javascript applications. You may see the error message informing you that Java is not enabled, and the website components won't work properly.
  3. Go to "Options," "General," then "Java/ECMA Script."
  4. Choose "Enable" to activate Javascript.
  5. Refresh the web page. If the Java elements of the page work, then you have been able to activate Javascript on your phone. Otherwise, troubleshoot the problem by turning the phone off and on, or checking for any web browser software updates. You may also want to check another Java based webpage to ensure that the problem is not with the page you are trying to access.
