Question about Frigidaire FEX831CS Top Load Stacked Washer/Dryer
I have a combo/stackable washer and dryer in my apartment. I used to be able to move or slide my washer and dryer to get out of my back door but now it seems like it is so heavy, I think it is full of water but the water is not in the tub of the washer. I have always kept my drain hose on the top of the dryer when I am not washing so the drain hose is always up. I was wondering could that excess water be sitting somewhere in the washer? (it sounds like water is in there, but cant drain it from the hose) If so how can I get it out. Can I tilt it or lay it down or something? Frigidaire Model # FLXG52RBS8.
There will always be water inside he machine(between the tubs, and in the hoses, but no so much to add that much weight so you cant move it, i would look to see of perhaps a levevling leg has hit the floor not allowing you to slide easily.

Hello Mike Brady - From what you have described it seems like the dryer is experiencing a wiring failure or a communication error with the control board. Contact a professional to move forward accurately.
