I will be in a game and then I will be kicked off with a message saying the current xbox live account has been recovered on another xbox 360 console. I immediatly recover it back at the dashboard but I cant go 10 minutes without this happening. I have given my info to 4 people but I already talked to them.

Re: Someone else is hacking into my xbox live account
Thats the problem one of them is using your live account the same time you are. you can only be logged in once per account. i would change your password on your live account from www.xbox.com and not give out your account information again

No one but Microsoft can stop you from connecting to XBL[Xbox Live]. Either you ran out of your gold subscription, or you were cheating on a game and Microsoft banned you. That's if you say it's not your internet.
Also, if there is a credit/debit card associated with the account be sure to watch for unwanted charges and let Xbox Live know if any arise. They'll most likely advise you to call your bank to hold the charges.
1. You may have a restricted child account, which in that case you will need to turn off family settings, which I will not help you with if you are underage.
2. Someone has hacked your account, Which your best option would be to call microsoft suport and ask them, because you are the only one who can get information on your account. (that is assuming you are the credit card holder associated with your account)
You can contact Microsoft support inform them of your account and tell them your payment information. They will be able to help you, but there is a chance that since you gave that person your information you may not get it back.
To be sure he does not hack your account just change your password to something very secure. It is impossible for him to hack it without knowing the password unless somehow he has already obtained it. To change your password just go to the link I will give you in a second here. Before you go though please rate my answer 4 thumbs up, I would be forever grateful if you could do so. Here is what you need to do to change your password:
On your Xbox 360 console, go to My Xbox and select your avatar.
Select Manage Account.
Note If you select an offline profile or if you are not connected to the Internet, Manage Account is not available and you cannot continue.
Select Windows Live ID.
Select Change Password.
Enter your current password, enter your new password twice, and then select Change Now.
If you want to store the password on the console so it can be used to
log on to other Windows Live services (such as Windows Live Messenger),
select Yes when you are prompted to do so.
You should report the account who messaged you immediately, as far as it not letting you online i would need to know more about the nature of the problem. If your receiving messages im assuming your xbox is hooked up correctly to the internet. Are you able to message your friends?
Go here:http://www.xbox.com/en-US/live/ And try logging in there, if you can't login go Here : http://www.xbox.com/en-US/support/?WT.svl=nav That will troubleshoot your xbox live connection from the pc. you can also pay your subscription fee online too.
