I am sure you using the Samsung Phone am i rite? Because Samsung Phone says freezed Message...It locked to network means....you can get the Unfreeze Code at here Superunlockcodes and Unfreeze it....You need to specify the Model,Network and Country it locked now and Unlock it....
i bought a new mobile phone. put my sim card in. got locked
out after i forgot puk or freeze code my provider says i have to
send it back to samsung. as its a new samsung
C5220.. i dont want to do it. very expensive and they lost
the last phone i sent in for repairs. what can i do to unfreeze
its the fault in your SIM card.remove the sim card from the mobile then clean it with dry tissue also clean the area where sim is inserted in the mobile with a dry tissue.also remove if any dust got collected on the sim or the area in the mobile where sim is instead. if this message shows up"Phone Freeze SIM Unavailable Please Contact Service Provider" , Your Sim cards validity might have been expired or you Sim might be damaged. In case of Second case you need to apply for a Duplicate Sim Card from your Service provider. ---------- How to Enter Unlock Codes
Switch on your phone with a non-accepted SIM card. The phone will ask for 'Password'. You can now enter your unlock code. (Even if phone doesn't ask for a password, enter the unlock code)
by entering this code #7465625*638*unlockcode* (the "unlockcode" is the code provided by TimTechs)
This will help. Thanks please keep updated.please do rate the solution positively .thank you for using fixya
I had a similar problem a few months ago. A friend of mine suggested that I turn off my phone, take the battery out and then the sim card out (the little card that says either CINGULAR or AT&T) on the back. Blow some air to try and get the dust out and put everything back on, then turn on the phone again.
I don't know if this will work for you, but I hope it does!! Good luck!!
This happened to me. Actually different way, But same thing. I have this message after PUK locking my phone and tempting to write a number over and over. I thought it meant the code I wanted to use for the password on my phone. I am still awaiting for a solution! :(
