Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
I have only just set up my printer and i have this error C000 showing on the display, i have tried turning off the power and unplugging my printer but this doesn't work. any suggestions?
With the Canon, check that the ink cartridges are fitted properly. They have to go under the lip op plastic, before being pushed into place.

Yep, I had one ink cartridge that had popped up and the printer was unable to go through it's startup routine.
Firmly pressed all the ink cartridges down until I heard one click.
Then it started.
