I can find a red filter.if anybody knows that would be great!

The filter is not needing a cleaning. This filter is a glass lense that filters one of the LCD lights. The only way Panasonic will fix this problem is to sell you a light engine costing over $850. So screw them. I'll buy Samsung next.

The filters could be cleaned out with a shop vac and a rag, but if you need a new air filter...need to call panasonic

I have just bought a Conkin circular polarizing filter N0 P164 FOR A P SERIES FILTER SYSTEM BUT i DONT UNDERSTAND HOW A SINGLE LENS CAN WORK AS I'M USED TO A SLIDING RING ON A POLARIZING FILTER ADVISE...

The filter goes into the slot in the holder closest to the lens. You can then use the toothed edge to rotate the filter, just as you used to turn your old polarizing filter. It can be a little stiff, but it will turn.

Will polaroid 52mm lens filters fit my panasonic fz45 camera

Your FZ45 accepts 52mm filters. You can use any 52mm filters you wish on this lens.

There are two types of polarizing filters: linear and circular. The linear polarizing filters are for film cameras and *some* digital cameras. Circular polarizing filters are needed by many digital cameras because the linear polarizing filter types interfere with the autofocus programs. If you shoot in manual focus modes only, it won't matter which you buy. If you do use autofocus, you ought to try the linear before buying - otherwise, purchase the circular polarizer.

I hope this helps! If it did, please rate my reply "4 thumbs up". Thanks!

Can't get the quantaray circular polarizer filter off the Canon EFS55-250mm lens

The polarizer filter is comprised of two rings. One screws into the threads on the front of the lens and the other turns freely. Look at the filter closely, then grasp the ring closest to the lens and turn that one counterclockwise to unscrew it from the lens. If it's on too tight or you can't get a good grip on it, try wrapping a rubber band around it.

Just got hold of a Roland R8 but no power supply - any ideas?

Well, you might try:

http://www.yub.com/products/?productID=3190411

The supply has a three pin connector and supplies +10 and -10 volts at unknown current. Don't have a pinout.

I am sure you can cobble something up if you can''t find the ACH120 official power supply.

You would need to find the pinout polarity to connect power if you have to make your own. One would taake unit apart and trace those input wires to something that would define the polarity. First find ground, then look for input filter caps which will tell you the polarity on the pins.

Does Nikon 67mm Circular Polarizer II Thin Ring Multi-Coated Filter works with Nikon digital cameras?

That depends on the lens. The filter will attach to any lens with a 67mm filter thread. With that caveat, yes, the circular polarizer will work with any digital camera.

My rotating polarizing filter fell apart and I can

Hi,
Based on the fundamentals of retaining rings, The filter lens probably fits into the ring housing first, and the retainer ring is inserted inside of the ring, following the lens. The retainer will need to be compressed in order to fit inside the ring, but will snap into a groove once in proper position.
I hope this is helpful... Good luck.

You are facing this problem due to a burnt polarizer filter just past the blue filter for the blue chip.
