Sounds like your drain hose isn't connected properly to the machine. Look for the base of the hose and see if there's something you can do.

Water coming from single shower handle

It may just be a screw loose or you may need to check the washer and o-ring inside. Dont take anything apart if your not comfortable in doing that. Get someone who does.

I'm trying to repair a leak coming from the spout. I don't know where the washer would be. Do I have to replace the whole cartridge? It doesn't seem to come apart to find the washer.

If you faucet is leaking, try this simple step to see if it will stop. First, turn the water supply line off under the sink. Next, open the valve that is leaking all the way open. Take a wrench and tighten the nut just below the faucet handle. Now turn the vale to off and open your supply line and then test the faucet again. What you are doing here is tightning the packing nut inside the faucet. Good luck.

Cannot get front panel off to fix leak

jason, you dont need to take the whole thing apart to get at that, in a nutshell take the top cover off and take the nuts out that hold the detergent/fabric softener dispenser in, it has nuts on the front and on the top, once you get the dispenser out its a lot easier to work on that coiled rubber tube, you can at least get your hands in there to take it off, i hope you dont find the same problem i did, the plastic around the rubber hose was cracked meaning the tup itself is cracked. i filled the cracks in the plastic with jb weld and wait a while. ive had nothing but issues with this washer , very poorly constructed.

Electrical fault

Under the carpet of the footwell is an ECU (electronic control unit). Its a convenience control unit and it manages all the electrical things you described, and more. The water has obviously caused a fault with the unit. You will probably need a new ECU which will need to be coded, ideally at a dealer. They are not cheap so be sure to fix the leak at the same time to prevent a repeat. I have heard of rain water collecting at the bottom of the doors and then spilling over the seals. Also on avants rear washer pipes can pop apart in this area.

Serious leak, please help

The problem is the air hose that goes to the pressure switch. If you remove the washer casing, and inspect the wash tub on the right hand side you will see a plastic fitting near the bottom of the tub called the "air dome". There is a small rubber hose that is supposed to be attached to this fitting. This is the pressure switch hose. Sometimes they come loose and fall off. To prevent this from happening again, reattach the hose and place a small zip tie around it at the point where it connects to the air dome. Do not overtighten as it could damage the air dome fitting. Just make it snug.

Another possiblity is a drain pump that has started leaking. It is located in front of the wash tub, however, and usually doesn't leak as seriously as the leak you have. They typically create small stress crack along the seams and develop small leaks when they go bad. The pump is not serviceable and does not come apart. Once bad, they have to be replaced.

If you click on the following link, it explains how to get the washer case off so you can inspect the washer for your leak.

http://www.fixya.com/support/r397092-replacing_water_pump

I know the instructions are for replacing the water pump. I posted this just in case the pump is defective. The instructions for removing the washer case still apply.

Check for the air dome hose and let me know if you need further assistance. I hope this helps you.

Washer leaking from bottom

Take the front panel off of the washer, and run it through a cycle. Watch to see where the leak is coming from. Also, pay attention to the drain in the wall when it is in spin/drain. If this has a blockage in it, it might be backing up causing water to come back out of it.

If you see no leaks the next time you run it, it's possible that it splashed over while spinning because of the off balance load and may not happen again unless it becomes off balance again.

Water leaking from bottom of washer

you need to fill it up a little then switch it off. tilt it backwards and if it hasnt got a base you should be able to see where the water is coming out of. check the bottom hose and around the element location.
