Question about Computers & Internet
Have u tried making sure there is communication between the computer and the printer? You can do this by, making sure the printer is connected to the computer via the USB cable it should've came with. If that doesn't work, try reinstalling the drivers. If it still doesn't work, respond to this solution, because I have something else in mind that may fix it.
