Hi there,
Save hours of searching online or wasting money on unnecessary repairs by talking to a 6YA Expert who can help you resolve this issue over the phone in a minute or two.

My web cam doesnot work

Unless you spilled liquid (doubtful), the webcam itself is functional.... and you have a Driver issue...

go to the HP website and go to Service and Support to go to the DOwnloads section, choose your model or choose to let HP detect your model, then Search the list for your Webcam Driver and Application software drivers...

Look at the different Operating System Versions for More/Less drivers...

I want to uninstall

I'm assuming you mean an ArcSoft application/program. I'm also assuming you mean for a Microsoft Windows operating system. If those assumptions are correct. Then simply go to the Control Panel and select Add/Remove Applications. ArcSoft will be listed. Simply select it and choose to uninstall/remove.
