Try to plug in your printer straight to your wall jack. You can also try using a different phone cable.

You'll need to use a different USB cable or get a converter.

ALl I want is answer to my problem from Lexmark I should not have to pay for an answer after all faxing is not a nessity ..Norm

Does Lexmark have Avista Driver on their site for you?You did not give me all of the Numbers off of the Lexmark. The regular printer is not supported but the Allin one MFP version is supported by Vista. You can download that driver here.

Just pick your operating system.

Set this options un der Control panel Scanner and camera. If fails try this, Uninstall everything HP Installed. Unplug the scanner. Then reboot. THen install the drivers and applications. Then reboot. then insert the HP scanner into the USB.
