Question about Sony Cyber-shot DSC-N2 Digital Camera
Did not get a paint pen at time I purchased my Sony last October. I did not notice this until I started reading info in instruction booklet. Where can I get a paint pen for this product, without ordering it from Sonystyle...they want to charge $7 plus shipping....this is steep for something I did not receive in first place. This product was purchased new from Ritz online and I have already talked to them with no support. HELP! I would like to use this pen when I travel....

Ok so....I had actually went to the beach today and then dropped it in the SAND. AAAGGHHHH! I got the same message as you all. I took it home and could hear some sand in the lense as it opened. I tried smacking on the table a couple of times. It worked!

Hi, I have two Sony DSC N2 cameras. I started recieving a "C: 13:01 formatting error"
I switched out the memory stick in the other camera and it says the same thing. It appears that the memory stick is having a problem. Is there a way to get the pictures off the bad memory stick? Can you help?

It's a faulty CCD imager - a very common problem with the T33 - the imager has to be replaced. You can buy it from http://myworld.ebay.co.uk/toms.rammsteins and replace the CCD yourself (ask seller the instructions).

Hi there please reset the camera 1st . THen pair your battery with your camera. Go in menu then battery type option. Select the type of a battery. After that save the setting. Now try . If you face the same problem then the camera internal power transformer are damaged or week. So you need to replace that transformer after that it will start work properly. You use that camera so long, that's why there is a chance of that damaged. Thanks if its helpful then rating me.
