I have a matshita ujda770 dvd/cdrw ata device, cannot operate. Error message is code 39 unable to open device driver corrupt or missing. Have uninstalled and reinstalled. Have dowloaded driver update program. have gone on acers update website and downloaded all updates. nothing helps?

it's windows problem,
follow this step from link (Microsoft) to edit windows registry
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/314060

if it isnot working, try to reload the operating system
