You don't. It is called a "dual" battery charger for a reason, it charges two batteries. Guest makes very nice three battery chargers. Buy one of those and install it as per the instructions. You'll be much happier as well as safer.

I have a dual marine battery charger on my boat that is wired thru a 1-2 or both switch both batteries are 12 v batteries and i was wanting to know if i could add another two 12v batteries to the sy

It sounds to me like you have an Ad-A-Battery system or something similar. Your dual battery charger has two sets of output leads. Those leads should be connected DIRECTLY as one set of leads to battery #1 and one set of leads to battery #2. Your 1-2-both switch should be OFF when you are charging. You will, I suspect, be supplying current to your motor and other boat circuits by having the switch on and running your charger through that switch. Adding two more batteries could be accomplished by buying a four battery charger (four sets of output leads) or buying a second dual battery charger. When you only want one AC plug-in you connect both charger AC inputs to a small junction box that is fed current by the AC plug-in. That will be nice and simple and safe. Of course, you need to check wire size to make sure you have proper size for the length of your wire runs.

How to wire up 24v minn kota to batterys

if you are trying to wire the batteries for teh 24 volt motor then you need to connect the positive of one battery to the negative of the other battery. then connect the trolling motor to the remaining two terminal of the batteries.

if you are trying to connect the charger to the batteries then each battery should have its own set of wire coming from the charger.these wires should be connected to the batteries in a set not crossed between batteries.

Is battery included?

The 12 volt battery required is sold separate. You will have to remove the battery for charging...charger not included, It is possible to have the battery wired in such a way that it can re-charge from the alternator of the main engine.
