Puk/PIN code is a secutity code that protects your SIM card, it is unique eight digit code specific to your SIM card. This code is required when the PIN number to unlock your mobile phone is entered incorrectly 3 times. You are then given 10 attempts to enter your PUK code. If an incorrect PUK code is entered after the 10th attempt, you will block your SIM card permanently and will require a new SIM card from your mobile phone provider.
PUK codes can be obtained through the following ways -
The PUK code is in your SIM card documentation Starter Pack.PUK stands for Personal Unblocking Key.


You can contact to your mobile phone provider, along with documentation or you total identification, and soon after they could give the PUK code.

If you need the PUK ( Personal Unblocking Key ) for your phone, you will have to contact your mobile phone service provider.

PUK code is related to the SIM card you are using and not the phone. So, kindly call the Customer Care of your mobile service provider and they will provide you with the PUK code.

Also, entering a wrong PUK code ten times in a row disables the SIM card permanently. So, please be careful while entering the PUK code.

These are the device codes that can be used for the NEC TV
0036, 0038, 0057, 0063, 0197, 0244, 0347, 0401
To let the remote automatically pick up the device code follow the follwing procedure
Step Procedure Result
1 Turn on the TV manually or use the original remote control. Tune in to channel 1.
2 Look up the brand of your TV in the code list One or more four-figure codes are shown for each brand. Note the first code.
3 Keep the TV key pressed for 5 seconds Indicator blinks twice and then remains lit.
4 Enter the code noted in step 2, using the digil keys. The TV key will now blink twice. If the key blinks once for an extended period, the code has not been entered properly or the wrong code has been entered. Start again from step 2.
5 Point the remote at the TV and check that it responds as it should. If the TV responds to all of the key commands, the remote is ready for use. Do not forget to note your code.

If the device does not respond at all, or not to all of the key commands, start again from step 2 and try the next code from the list.

1. Entering the simulation mode
Perform the following procedure to enter the simulation mode.
"C" key AUTO/TEXT/PHOTO key

If the machine dies enter code 14 then press start, the machine will reboot normal, if the problem persist, the fuser unit needs replacement

Hi madan7,  There is one way to access your phone and that is: 
Block your sim by entering wrong lock code and then it will ask for the PUK code that you will get from your service provider. Enter that PUK code and your phone is unlocked. 
By this method you will not loose your data in your phone.

hi this code will only work if you havnt entered the code wrong more than 5 times and only works if the code is asked when the phone is switched on.
