Question about Apple iPod MA446LL/A MP3 Player

Player stops in the middle of a song, and continue again

My 30 GB is loaded with only 5GB music - When its on play - It stops suddenly for a few seconds and plays further on again . Together with this it became slow. Had little rain on the front just before the problems. Can you advise what to do ?

Hi,
You could be having these problems due to some water damage to the circuit board. The hard drive may also be going out. If you don't feel comfortable opening the iPod, to let it dry out, it is best to have it looked at by a technician.

I have a 30 gb zune. Got all the updates loaded, turns on, charges everything works, but the music plays then there's a long pause and starts playing again. this is continuous.


I think you need to scan for virus with a good anti virus, then if possible, format it(but see if you could remove the songs that you already have to avoid the stress of getting them back).

Song skipping on iPod


maybe they got corrupted try putting them on the music player again or try getting the same songs but diff versions of the file and you could try last to convert the songs to a diff format then put them on the player if its the the same songs on both the players that wont play then its the songs and not the player

Synchronize to continue your music subscribtion???????


You have to synchronize your Sansa to a computer that has a current subscription to Rhapsody, and you have to sync the Sansa to that same computer at least once every 30 days, or the Rhapsody songs will stop working. Use a different music service that is free, or convert all of the songs to Mp3 format to get around the problem. If you get a subscription to another music svc, then you must maintain a current subscription with whatever new svc you choose as well.

Cant play songs off my playlist

You can thank Microsoft for creating Digital Rights Management.

Okay...I'm assuming this is an MP3 that you loaded using the Rhapsody-to-go or other music service that allows for subscription music.

What the MP3 player is telling you is that because you have subscription music and not purchased music, the DRM allows you to only play the song or songs 30-90 days after download. To continue to listen to the songs, you will need to open your Media Manager software (Best Buy Digital Music Service, Rhapsody, WMP11, Media Monkey, etc) connect your MP3 player to the PC, identify the MP3 player through the media manager and tell it to re-authorize your tracks. Once its finished you'll be able to play your songs for another 30-90 days. You will need to repeat this re-authorizing to continue to play the tracks.

Synchronize to continue your music subscription


it's asking that you verify the DRM status (i.e., that you bought it and it resides on YOUR computer.) It cannot play the file until you synchronize it with windows media player. You can delete them off of the MP3 player just by noting which songs don't play and deleting them through windows explorer when the player is connected.

Music stopped playing "synchronize to continue..."


Your device has to be connected to Rhapsody every 15 to 30 days to verify your account.

If you are connected and signed in, and still receive this message, you should contact Rhapsody Technical Support as the error is on their end. (866-597-5507)
