Try check your hard disk with the other machine. Try running hard disk diagnostic test. If there's a problem with diagnostic test i suspect your hard disk is faulty. If you tried connecting with other machine then same problem, suspected also hard disk faulty. You might need to change it.

Ok if f8 dosen't work then i may be able to give you a link to the OS disk (you might need utorrent) to download it if you need it badly i can get it for free (off utorrent)
