Question about RCA HD52W58 52" TV
Once you remove the back cover from your TV, on the bottom left board there is a gray capacitor next to a vertical heat sink and it says KP 2000vdc this gets loose for lack of soldering after a while , remove the board turn it around and clean the area, apply flux and soldering put back on and your problem is fixed, let me know if this worked for you.

The rca itc22 chasis. microprocessor has detected a safty condition that requires a shutdown of the set for safety. THere is about 25 different resons that cause this to happen. The one thing you can deduced form this condition is that one the main fuse is working and that the processor is receiving power. THe most like cause of this condition is a high voltage problem. the horizontal output transistor, the flyback. look for blown capacitors there is a capacitor called cp150 that common problem. Technician have special computer equipment that reads error codes much like that of a car.
