Question about Mitsubishi WD-52631 52" Projection HDTV

The screen changes colors while playing video games

When playing games on EITHER the xbox 360, or the WII console, the screen will sometimes change colors.  both consoles have the video portions going directly to the TV, and the audio runs through my A/V receiver.  Any Ideas?  I have checked the connections, and they are correct.  I have to assume it is something with the TV, as both game consoles are affected.

It may be that your Tv has low color output and the consoles require high color output to fix this try adjusting your tv settings or by a cord that adjusts the color depending on the console, it may also be that your tv has something loose and it needs to be fixed.

Color is off on my xbox 360.has a green tint.any idea how to fix this?

You have two options, first: change the display settings on your tv so that the xbox screen looks normal. Or change the color display settings in the console settings menu. Play around with the saturation until it looks right to you. Also, make sure to keep electronics off the top of your tv. I've noticed that this can sometime change the color of the screen in certain places. Hope this helps.

Screen changes colors;can still play game;screen messes up and cannot see;; XBOX 360

How are your video connections?

if you have your RGB cables plugged in, you do not need your yellow video cable plugged in.

make sure if you dont have high def that it is not turned on. You can take a look at your video adapter that plugs into your xbox

it could be overheating, try puting a fan under the xbox 360 and then start it. also if you are using an hdtv try using just a regular tv.
