I ordered a unlocked slvr L6 off of ebay and i have cingular service but i cant access the internet does anyone know how?

Change network in slvr7

you can try and flash the phone. instructions on how to do this are here.

But i highly doubt that you can use t-mobile on it since the phone does not use a sim card. you should get another phone.

this is because your providers setting are not on this phone.
you need to ask your provider to send the setting to your new phone and then save them. then send a pic to your self to set the settings with the network
