You should have another door that goes in front of the impeller (blade) which doesn't have a vacuum attachment. You should first detach the vacuum door from the bottom, put on the blower tube, and install the other door that came with the blower. Hope that helps.

Is a shop vac supposed to blow while vacuuming? We've had this for several years and I don't recall it blowing air OUT while I am vacuuming.

You should have two ports on the shopvac. One that is basically your vacuum and one you can use as a blower. Your hose will fit on both connectors. So yes, it would both **** and blow. This is called a "blow-through" system.

Dryer will fire and light for about 3 minutes then the gas valve goes shut, igniter will then try to relight it but no gas

sounds like you have bad gas coils located on top of the gas valve, unplug dryer, remove the two phillips screws and lift off the cover, pull off wires and change out coils, give your parts store the model number and thet will sell you the coils, they come in a pack with both coils.easy fix.also when was the last time you cleaned out the dryer?it's gas so you should do this once a year, clean out the duct that the lint filter slides into, then clean out the cabinet where the motor and burner is,if you use a shop vac you can set the vac to blow and blow all the lint out of the motor and gas tube and blow the lint from the back to the front and vac it up so you don't have to remove the drum, then if your vent line is long i use a leaf blower to blow out the vent line, remove it from the back of the dryer,go outside and make sure there isn't a cage or screen on the outside vent,if there is remove it and don't reinstall it,it will hold the lint there and block the vent,if it's clear go back inside and blow out the line,i've seen birds nest fly out of the line also causing flame problems because the air has nowhere to go and the flame goes out.do this once a year, your clothes will dry on time, and you won't damage any parts from overheating problems.

Whirlpool Gold Dehumidifier -The lights are all working, no fan? Is there a reset ?

You have what Whirlpool calls a Type 3 Control Panel. If you don't have the unit operating in Continuous Mode, the fan will operate only, when the compressor turns on to extract the humidity, based on the level of extraction you have it set on. If you haven't already,.set the control on Maximum and Continuous Mode.

If that doesn't solve the problem, turn the Master ON/OFF Switch to OFF and unplug the unit for 15 minutes. After the time has elapsed plug the unit back in and turn the Master ON/OFF Switch to ON. Hopefully, the 15 minute timeout, allowed the unit to reset itself and revert back to the original factory settings. If so, you can set the controls as you like.

To further assist you, I have an included a link to your Owner's Manual, in case you have misplaced your. You can download and print it for future reference.

Subzero 501F is not freezing well. Top shelf and top door shelf of freezer stock melted and began to rot. Bottom 3/4 is staying solid and frozen.\r\n 22year+ old unit. Had a 25 year old one at other house...

sounds like you have a bad evaporator fan motor, heat rises,if the fan isn't blowing the cold air will settle to the bottom and the top will be warm, also when was the last time you cleaned the condenser coil ?very important to do this at least once a year, shut down the machine, remove the front grill, remove the cover on the left side,,with a shop vac and brush attachment vac off the face of the coil ,now get a towel and cover the cabinet where the front grill was, you can open the door, stick the towel in and close the door to hold the towel in place, set the shop vac up to blow and blow through the right side of the coil, the towel will stop all of the dust from blowing into your kitchen,do this a few times, remove the towel and vac up all the dust that blew out of the coil, set the towel up again and blow through the other side if you can and blow into the coil where the fan is,do that a few times, you can hang the towel and just blow into the cabinet so all the dust that you can't vac up off of the walls and behind the compressor will blow forwards, also i've found some coils loaded with grease, people don't use the hood vents when they cook the oil and grease floats into the condenser fan in the subby and gets into the coil,if so spray it down with grease lightning or any kind of chemical that cleans grease, wipe it down and blow through it a few more times, gotta have good air flow in there or you'll be changing out the condenser fan motor or compressor.from what you discribed check the evap fan motor and clean the coil at least once a year

When I put music on my MP3 it shuffles it self I don't want them shuffling please can u give some advise to stop this problem. thank you.

Media players usually can play music depending on the play mode settings. One of these settings is the "shuffle". You can change this with the menu key then choose settings, then repeat mode and set it to mode normal or repeat all.
This advise is general and if you couldn't use it, please try to find instructions in the user manual of your device or if you haven't it define the exact type of the product.
Thanks.

Not blowing as much air out of the vents

Check your filter, could be dirty and restricting the airflow.
Also, most furnace/AC combination units are set to blow more air in summer and less in winter, could be you're used to summer airflow level.
Good luck!

Wiring up central vac too breaker box.

Hello,
I would advise you to ALWAYS to FIRST UNPLUG YOUR VACUUM before beginning any service procedure.
A central vac not knowing the brand name or model # uses regular household current and plugs into a regular household inlet and I have never heard of wiring the central vac to the breaker box. The central vac is usually out in the garage or down the basement and will be in the regular household current. You may want to ask the manufacturer or the vac dealer you purchased the central vac from and they might have more information for your and if your central vac needs to be wired to the breaker box they will give you instructions, but I don’t believe that you need to do so. So if you need further assistance, please feel free to contact your local vacuum cleaner dealer in your area or in the yellow pages, or contact the factory phone number or website to further assist you with your questions.

Stop vacuum from blowing to suction…..

Hello,
I would advise you to ALWAYS to FIRST UNPLUG YOUR VACUUM before beginning any service procedure.
You’re vacuum is blowing because your (round vacuum) belt is on backwards and is blowing instead of having suction – please reverse the belt and most vacuums have a diagram on the bottom of the vacuum to tell you which way to install. Not knowing the brand name or model #, if you have Questions, Contact you local vac dealer. So if you need further assistance, please feel free to contact your local vacuum cleaner dealer in your area or in the yellow pages, or contact the factory phone number or website to further assist you with your questions.
