Download User Manual of SCPCT560 from Panasonic Support and go to page-7 for hook up procedure of TV sound out from home theater.

The remote for the SC-HT900 will work with the SA-HT900. The SA-HT900 refers to the model number of the amplifier of the home theater system but the model number for the whole home theater system including the speakers is SC-HT900.

Connecting a panasonic surround sound to a sanyo tv

if you have this option, use a hdmi cord from the dvd output to the input of the tv.most new tvs have several hdmi connectors. Then use a fiber optic cable from sound system to the audio input of the tv. between the both it should sound like a movie theatre. thats how i hooked mine up. good luck

Can I connect a Sony DVD Player DVP-SR90 to the Panasonic Home Theatre SC-HT75 to achieve surround sound without direct SCART connection - and how?

You can connect your Sony DVD player to your Panasonic HT using an analog RCA audio cable (white and red) for stereo sound. Connect to the AUX inputs on the HT and select AUX. Since the Sony DVD player only has SCART, you would need an adapter, scart to RCA. Like this one:

Check for compatibility. Use the red and black RCA plugs for the audio into the HT.

Your Panasonic HT does not have a digital audio input which would be required for multi-channel surround sound (Dolby Digital 5.1)

My surround sound will not work through the TV, only the DVD

If your tv and surround has an optical input/output.Then you can connect with an optical lead.This will then play the sound from whatever you are watching.You normaly select dig1 or input1 on the surround system.

CANNOT WATCH iPOD mUSIC vIDEO on Panasonic SC-PT865

Maybe because is only read audio, like Photos and mp3 audio only, expecially if read format llike "High Mat" to read photos and music, try to go to instructions manual and see the format what your dvd read.

Panasonic PT-52LCX66 NO LONGER WORKS. DETAILS BELOW. TV WAS ON FOR SEVERAL HOURS AND WORKING PERFECTLY THEN AUDIO AND VIDEO STOPPED SCREEN WENT BLACK. THE TV ON GREEN LIGHT REMAINED ON AND NO OTHER LIGHTS WERE LITE. I PUSHED THE ON AND OFF SWITCH AND THE GREEN LIGHT REMAINED ON, SO I UNPLUGED THE TV, WAITED EST. OF 15 SECONDS AND PLUGGED BACK IN AND GREEN LIGHT LITE WITH STEADY BEAM LIT AGAIN, AND I REPEATED THIS FOUR MORE TIMES AND SAME EXACT THINGS HAPPENED AGAIN. I REMOVED AND EXAMINED THE TY-LA1001 LAMP AND NOTHING APPEARED TO BE WRONG WITH, NO LOUD POP SOUND WHEN AUDIO AND VIDEO STOPPED, NO GLASS FRAGMENTS, LOOKED JUST LIKE A NEW ONE. REPLACED LAMP SECURELY AND THE SAFTY DOOR SHUT SECURELY, UNPLUGGED TV AND HELD THE POWER BUTTON ON FOR ONE MINUTE, THEN RELEASED POWER BUTTON, THEN HELD DOWN AND BLED DOWN ONE AT A TIME ALL BUTTONS ON THE RIGHT SIDE. PLUGGED TV BACK IN AND PRESSED POWER BUTTON ON AND NO POWER GREEN LIGHT WHEN PLUGGED IN OR PRESSED ON. I HAVE REPEATED THE LAST STEP FOUR MORE TIMES WITH NO MORE SUCCESS. ORDERED AND INSTALLED NEW LAMP AND NO SUCCESS. I CHECKED CONTINUITY READING OF OLD AND NEW LAMP AND NEITHER SHOWED ANY CONTINUITY SO IS THAT NORMAL. THE ONLY SOUND MADE AT SHUT DOWN WAS THE COOLING FAN SLOWING DOWN. WHAT KIT WOULD FIX THIS PROBLEM. THANKS IN ADVANCE. GENE STILL
