Lost instruction guide to costco pronto carseat.

Here is the cosco website online instruction manuals. You will need your product number and the date of manufacture. Just enter them into the spaces provided and they will provide you with the instruction manual for the car seat. The product number in there now is for a Cosco pronto car seat, I would confirm it is the same as the one you have.

Hope this helps.

Does the 2000 Dodge Caravan have a LATCH system for carseats?

Depends on when it was made. LATCH systems became mandatory for passenger vehicles in 2000 so it depends on when your particular vehicle was actually manufactured. The car owner's manual should have a section on it. If you no longer have one, you should be able to look it up online or call your local Dodge dealer. You also can look at the car's seat for the markers. There should be a button or stiching of a carseat near the bight (seat crack) where the LATCH anchors are located.

Trying to adjust the child seatbelt harness higher in the carseat

I located my instruction manual for this carseat. It instructed me to turn the carseat over & located on the bottom are two metal brackets that lock the seatbelt harness. You just have to detach each metal bracket & pull through the bottom slots of the carseat, readjust each seatbelt to whatever level is necessary & push back through the bottom of the seat to lock securely. Thanks anyway for your help!

How do I change my security question on aol. my son knows it and when I deleted his screen name he was able to restore it. even though I changed my password

Hello spunkster3

Please, try the instructions outlined HERE. I have no idea how old they are. So, if the steps do not still apply, please, let me know.

Make sure the security question that you choose is one whose answer no one else is aware of but you. If there's and option to create your own security question, always make that choice.

Keep a record of this (and all your online passwords and logins) in a safe place that only you or another trusted family member, etc. have access to. Computer-savy juveniles and teenagers obviously excluded. ;)

If you have any more questions or need any more help at all, just let us know. Please, hold off on assigning ratings to the experts' contributions until your questions have been answered and you no longer need our help. (Once you rate the experts' contributions, the problem will be automatically closed and we'll no longer be able to assist you.

Thank you,
BJ @:)

I lost my manual also, but found the website for Eddie Bauer and the manufacturer of the carseat.  If you have the product number (located on the carseat itself) you can download the instruction manual there.  Here is the website: http://eddiebauer.djgusa.com/instructions/
