Question about Motorola Mobility H3 Bluetooth Headset, Black Headset

3 Answers

Discoverable Mode I have a Motorola H350 bluetooth headset and I can't get started with using it. When I go to the menu on my phone (LG 8600) and "add new device", the message reads that no device can be found. It says to put the device in Discoverable Mode & I can't figure out how to do that. Can someone help me? BTW I don't own the users manual for this--someone gave it to me w/out it. Thanks-

Thank you very much--I charged the headset, I think that may have been the problem. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.

Here is the on-line manual: http://www.motorola.com/mdirect/demos/how2_h3/main.html -First off make sure the headset charges for at least two hours. Also make sure theindicator light turns on indicating charging is occurring. -After the charge is complete you will need to refer to your phones manual to pair the headset to the phone. The discover mode is a mode the phone goes into not the headset. I don't have an LG8600 nor can I find a manual on-line so I can't help you with that part. How do i connect my Motorola Bluetooth to my Nokia 6350

Hi
Please follow the Instruction and set your motorola bluetooth in Nokia Phone
    • 1 Press the Menu button on your Nokia phone and select "Settings" from the available options.
    • 2 Select "Connectivity" from the Settings menu and then "Bluetooth" from the menu that appears.
    • 3 Ensure that the first line on the Bluetooth menu says "Bluetooth On." If the line reads "Bluetooth Off," select the line and change the setting to have the Bluetooth powered on.
    • 4 Power on your Motorola headset and put it in discovery mode. Discovery mode is indicated by a solid (non-blinking) blue light on the back of the headset. You can put your headset in discoverable mode by pressing and holding down the "On" button for eight seconds. In the case of a headset with a sliding on/off switch, simply slide the button to the "On" position and hold it there for eight seconds.
    • 5 Select "Search for audio enhanc" from the available options on your Bluetooth menu.
    • 6 Select your Motorola headset from the list of items that appear. Your Nokia phone will list all of the Bluetooth-enabled devices powered on nearby.
    • 7 Enter the passkey for your Motorola headset when prompted. The default passkey for all Motorola headsets is 0000.
    • 8 Start using your headset with your Nokia phone. The two will be permanently connected, with no need to repeat the pairing process in the future.

Trying to set up my motorola h350 bluetooth to my samsung s30 phone.

Hi,
Turn your H350 on by pressing and holding the black "Talk" button on the side of your headset. Hold it until the blue status starts to flash. To turn the H350 off, simply hold the talk button until the headset turns off.

Pair your headset with your cell phone by entering into your cell phone's bluetooth menu--Menu > Settings > Connection > Bluetooth Link > Setup (see Resources below).

Put your Motorola H350 into pairing mode by holding the "Talk" with the device turned off. Hold the button until the status light on the side of your headset begins to flash, and turns back into a solid blue.

Back in your phone's bluetooth menu, choose the option to "Search/Discover" bluetooth devices. And when your phone recognizes your H350, select the headset and enter "0000" as the passcode.

Thank You

I have a LG scoope that I'm trying to hook my motorola H350 up to it. I lost the instructions and I don't really know if it will go with it. I need help!!!!!!

The quick answer is that you can put it into pairing mode, and your phone should recognize it. To put into pairing mode, push and hold the large power/answer button for at least 6 seconds. The light will start flashing, indicating that it is in pairing mode. Go into the Bluetooth menu on your phone and make sure Bluetooth is turned on, that your phone is visible, and that you can search for new headset devices. Make sure the headset is still flashing. When you discover the headset in the phone, it may prompt you for the code. I believe the pairing code is "0000". Add the device to the phone. You should now be able to use it with your phone.

If this doesn't get you there, do a search for H350 Manual to get a pdf of the user manual and quickStart guide.
