Dymo Twin Turbo Won't Print

I purchased a Dymo Twin Turbo to print shipping labels for my business. It printed for a day or two, but even then not well, with a printer error message after each label. Now it won't print at all and all I get is a printer error message. I've tried re-installing, I've tried changing the printer port, the printer driver, etc., and nothing seems to work. Any suggestions?

This is the response from dymo stamp. I did as they said and am now printing stamps again.

We have seen this cause problems with the .NET framework Microsoft uses and Dymo Stamp uses. Follow these steps to correct it Step 1: Download Microsoft Windows Installer CleanUp Utility

2. Save the file on the Desktop.
3. Please double click the msicuu2.exe file to install it on the computer.
Step 2: Remove .NET Framework

1. Click Start -> (All) Programs->Windows Installer Clean Up.
2. Please locate and remove Any .NET Framework 2.0 software.
After that, please perform the following suggestions to reinstall .NET
Framework 2.0 and its updates. Step 3: Reinstall .NET Framework Version 2.0 SP 1

Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 Service Pack 1 (x86

SOURCE: Twin Turbo pushing out a lot of unprinted labels

Tends to be one of two issues. 1. The labels aren't loaded correctly so they drift a bit. make sure the labels are pushed all the way to the left side of the spool and that the right side of the spool is clamped on tightly. 2. The sensor on the printer is out of alignement somehow. Printers have a 2 year warrantee so repair should be no cost. www.dymo.com/support or your local country support contact.

There are a few common reasons this is problem can exist.

1.) the incorrect template is used when creating the label

2.) the labels are installed incorrectly - the labels must be loaded and pushed against the left side of the printer and lid closed when printing to ensure the labels don't "wander" out of the sensor's view.

3.) the label sensor is covered by some debris - sometimes a label jam can cause a piece of label to become stuck on the underside of the sensor thus blocking its view.

4.) The labels are defective - if you have another roll of the same size, try it to see if it has the samme issue.

Double check that your using correct printer driver.
Completely remove restart computer with printer discontente,then reinstall the printer.

Dymo LabelWriter 450 Twin Turbo - Until recently worked fine from both sides. Suddenly, no longer printing from left - prints half a label, then stops, then error message says Out of Paper, the blue light...


See if it still happens using a fresh label roll. From the Dymo 450 User Guide the common causes of poor print quality issues.

Poor print quality is most frequently caused by one of the following:
• An old roll of labels
• Labels made by a manufacturer other than DYMO
• Labels where the thermal coating has been compromised
• A dirty print head
First, make sure you are using DYMO-branded labels. Do not use third-party labels because the thermal coating on other labels has a different sensitivity than DYMO-branded labels. Also, the perforated holes between the labels made by other manufacturers are frequently not detectable by LabelWriter printers.
If the print quality becomes faint, small dots of white appear scattered through the printed characters, or light and dark patches of printing appear, you are probably using a faulty roll of labels. Try using a different roll from a fresh box. If the second roll prints correctly, the problem is with the first roll of labels.
Another possibility is that the LabelWriter print head needs cleaning. Every LabelWriter printer comes with a cleaning card. See "Caring for Your Printer" on page 17 for information about the
LabelWriter cleaning card.

When adding the Dymo labelwriter 450 turbo to Windows 7 machines, the installation completes fine. When attempting to print, an error shows up in the device manager that says Access Denied for the print...


i HAVE LABEL WRITER 450 TWIN TURBO AND I CAN NOT PRINT RETURN ADDRESS LABELS. i HAVE UNINSTALLED AND INSTALLED AGAIN THAT DOESN'T WORK THE RETURN ADDRESS LABEL IS THERE IT WON'T LET ME TYPE ANYTHING IN THE SPACE PROVIDED IT WAS WORKING FINE THEN THE NEXT DAY IT WAS NOT

OUR DYMO LABELWRITER TWIN TURBO JUST STOPPED PRINTING--


OK! The first time you tried to print ON THE LEFT SIDE, without anymore labels there, there was a "pending" error message in the print queue. This typically cuts off all furtther printing, as all subsequent requests are "behind" it in order or priority.

To fix this, open the Dymo Labelwriter "Printer" dialog box (double-click it on the tray or go to "start / control panel / printer and faxes" - then double-click on "DYMO LabelWriter Twin Turbo". Once open, you'll see a list of "failed" print requests. Somewhere in there you'll find the one with the "laserwriter output" out of paper message. Select that and cancel or delete it.

If this was the problem, all your attempts will now print (make sure you have enough postage paper in, and you'll have extras you can use, I'm sure!

Dymo 400 laser turbo prints the label then multiple labels after that


This is due to the print template you have chosen.

control panel > printers > right click dymo print icon > properties > press "printing prefrences" in General tab > click "Advanced" button in layout tab

Here you can choose the paper size. The dymo "shipping label" (30573) sold in most office stores is template number is "30323 Shipping".

Also these templates choices are available in the software you are using to print the labels under file -> print setup or whatever your software calls it..maybe "print setup"

I cannot get my Dymo Twin Turbo printer to print stamps, although it will print labels


#1 you need the DYMO stamps application. #2 you need to make sure that the right printer is selcted in the DYMO stamps program.

Consistantly Intermittent Connection Problems


If you've tried installing the latest drivers and the problem persists it sounds like you have a lemon. The printers have a 2 yr warranty, so I would contact the retailer you purchased from and replace the printer. If your labels are jamming. Try the compatible File Labels available at LabelValue.com. They have both the Dymo 30327 and Dymo 30277 labels in a compatible version.
