Question about JVC XA-A50CL 128 MB MP3 Player
Whenever i transfer the songs from my PC to this Player, the songs are getting deleted automatically from the player once i disconnect it from PC, I have no idea why it is happening. And so, the player turns off by itself as soon as it is turned on. Do you guys have any idea? Thanks, Prabha

I have brought my system to a JVC service center in January. They kept it for 2 months, trying to find the problem.... Finally, they told me that they would need to replace the whole CD player section (drawers + reader assembly). The cost of this repair would be more than the cost of a new system !!! I now have a large, expensive RADIO TUNER in my bedroom, without CD player :-(. I hope someone will find a solution. This is the last JVC system I purchase, EVER.

this happened to mine - could be that it is getting too hot (mine is in a cabinet) - turning the machine off (by unplugging the plug, not putting on standby) and letting it cool down seems to work.
However, the dvd has now stopped working (not related to the above problem) - hence me looking

Make sure the red wire is still connected or make sure the red wire hasn't been severed. Also, check the fuses located in the engine compartment. The red wire connects accessory terminal in the fuse block. Also check the fuses in the cabin. This fuse box is typically located on the driver's side, at knee level, next to the door panel, and underneath the dashboard. As a last resort, the unit can be taken to an authorized or factory service center.
