Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Hello,

If you are able to connect an external monitor, do so. (If you can make it a newer lcd type) Sounds like your monitor's display is set to the wrong setting (refresh and pixel) With an newer lcd, you should be able to see your screen and reset the display to the lowest setting. Reconnect your Sony monitor. (if the external work and you are able to reset the settings, you do not need to power off your pc, just switch the monitor cable from the external to the regular monitor.

Good Luck

When I preview a document on my V500 Photo scanner, The operation goes to completion, but an image is never displayed. I have upgraded to Windows 7. The program ran fine but has suddenly stopped...

Make sure you didn't change the default settings for the scanned image. Sometimes we fiddle with those settings and create a file size that is either too large or out of bounds for our scanner. also try reducing the scanned image density and see if that helps. Sometimes the image is just too large for your installed memory to handle, I saw a jpg image on a customers PC once that was 8 gigabytes and he complained that it would never load.

Putting a photo onto fifa 09

Not knowing anything about this application, I can say that many of these apps require a JPG of a small size, such that they cannot exceed a specific size. If they do, they won't display, or not properly.
Try making your JPG or video image smaller than 96 dpi by 96 dpi. Also, if you are not using a JPG image, but a GIF or a TIFF, it simply might not want that kind of an image.

HDMI has been taken over by 'DVI' after pluging in P.C

does selecting DVI, operates the HDMI mode?
I would recheck all my connections just in case, try new batteries on the remote, try operating the TV via the controls on the panel itself.

If none of this works, would suggest calling in the TV's customer care.

Computer monitor comes on for 1 seconds, flashes "analog power save mode" and then goes black.

Most monitors will say "Power save mode" when they can tell through residual voltage that the signal lead is plugged into a machine, but there's no picture being transmitted. The four states of a monitor are:

* Off entirely.
* Switched on, plugged into a computer but no video signal being received - usually displays "analog power save mode" or "digital power save mode" for a few seconds, then blanks. Comes back to life the moment a video signal is received. This state is the default in full power saving mode.
* Switched on, not plugged into a computer. Some monitors don't display anything, some go into power saving mode, some fly "CHECK SIGNAL CABLE" or a similar message around the screen. Picture is restored when the signal cable is plugged back into the computer
* On fully, receiving an image, and displaying.

Hope this helps.
