Question about Dell 922 All-In-One InkJet Printer
I have recently purchased a Dell system, which was barely used by a friend of mine. The printer and printer support center constantly indicate low ink levels. I made a trip to Office Depot a week ago, to purchase a black and a color cartridge for my Dell AIO 922.
Once I installed the cartridges the print quality was poor; however it improved when I ran the clean cycle.
Now, within only a few days (and very few pages printed), I get the same messages regarding low ink levels, and cannot any longer print anything (color or black.) I can't get rid of the messages, either.
To get rid of the low ink warnings google the specific error message with 'ink refill' and look for 'engineers reset' or similar ..
NB. Dell printers (re-badged Lexmarks) are notorious for ink usage and high costs .. so my best recommendation would be to throw it away and purchase something else ..
