Nothing that is directly downloadable. you need to contact d-link support services to find it. the ehome eh100 is a d-link product but is not listed as such. here's the link to d-link.

http://www.dlink.com/

if you have a different model number, you can try the downloads page. or it is no longer supported.

When less than a quarter feel the need to vote for the effort some of us at FixYou offer, I think to myself, ”is it worth it”.

They get help, and do not care to thank you; “thank you” do not cost a dime, so why????

Click here to go to D-link page, but you need the product model number (i.e., DI-624) . you can get the driver or come back with the model number for more help.

Please rate my solution.

What wireless router can i get that is compatible with my T180

I know for a fact that a netgear router is compatible, because I have one but honestly any wireless router, regardless of brand, should work for you, provided it is set up correctly and your wireless card/adapter on you computer is setup correctly (i.e. drivers loaded, turned on, etc.). Let me know if you have any questions.

I think it will help you in a better ways.

Hi there I have a Dell Dimension 3100, and at the moment it is connected to the internet via a cable to my BT home hub. Someone has told me all I need to do is get a wireless card and slot it in and then...

The card mentioned is a PCI wireless ethernet card card.

Open your tower and look at the motherboard, you should find anywhere betwee 3 and 5 pci slots
(Longish connector slots usually coloured white all parallel with each other)

A PCI card will slot into one of these, with its face (with areal on it) pokes out the back. You may
have to remove a small long panel secured by 1 screw from the back of your tower.

Once inserted, your pc will probably find it as you boot up and will ask for a driver disk. Put the disk provided in your optical drive and off you go.

You will then have to set up the connection between the PCI card and your router.

A bit easier would be to buy a Wireless dongle which just slots into a USB port, saves taking your pc apart. The rest of the hoop jumping is more or less the same.

Please note, its probably best to go for one with WPA-PSK security, WEP is a bit old now. Best to check what your router can accommodate.

If you're still not sure just type "PCI wireless ethernet card" and "Wireless USB adaptor" into ebay, you'll get loads of pictures of what you're looking for. You don't have to be a member.

Do I need a wireless router to connect to the internet on a Toshiba L645D-S4056

Not strictly speaking.
You can use a wire instead if you have a port (hole) for ethernet plug (slightly larger than a phone port).
In coffee shops you'll be using wireless, but they provide the router.

Is there a way to hook into my dsl internet to get wifi

Does your DSL not have a wireless router? If not, you can certainly get one for cheap...walmart has Belkin/Netgear/ASUS wireless routers for about $40...the instructions are pretty straight-forward. It's a cheap and easy. let me know if you need assistance.

I have a Compaq Vista Home Basic desktop set up to a Linksys router for my PS2, PS3 and Wii. I want to set up a second desktop computer (Windows98) that will be wireless also. How do I do that? Thank...

a win98 machine will likely have a rg-45 plug in the back, it's unlikely that may come with wireless network card. just use a straight through cable (the typical network cable) to physically connect the win98 machine to your linksys router, if you don't have any special security on your router, your win98 should be connected after a few seconds.

if you are getting a network card (possilby wireless):
install a network card on your windows 98 computer. if you're buying one make sure in the package says that it is supported by win98 (most are supported in win2k, xp, vista and 7 now so look closely before buying),

if you already have a network card and you are trying to install it, look for proper drivers from the network card manufacturer (drivers need to match model number and operating system(win98)). install your network card as per indicated in package or website if you are downloading drivers.

if you are connecting wirelessly, assuming that drivers are properly connected look in the network manager you just installed and look for the network name for your linksys router (whatever you configure that to be when your first install the linksys router) and attemtp to connect providing a password or any security requested.

in a nutshell that's what you need to do!

How do I get the key for my wireless router?

Hi, if its a wireless router you purchased from the store by default it is an open network (meaning it has no key) if you set a key and forgot it you can clear it by finding the reset hole and sticking a paper clip in there for about 30-60seconds.

Now if you got the wireless router from you broadband (DSL/CABLE) provider look underneath for a sticker. It will tell you the SSID and the key (usually WEP or WPA).
