Nothing that is directly downloadable. you need to contact d-link support services to find it. the ehome eh100 is a d-link product but is not listed as such. here's the link to d-link.

http://www.dlink.com/

if you have a different model number, you can try the downloads page. or it is no longer supported.

When less than a quarter feel the need to vote for the effort some of us at FixYou offer, I think to myself, ”is it worth it”.

They get help, and do not care to thank you; “thank you” do not cost a dime, so why????

Ehome router

D-Link ehome routers are okay for laptops, which have a more robust transmitter, and better antenna for connecting to wifi. iPhones and iPads aren't that lucky. When you get close to the router, I assume they work good. Best bet is to return it and get a stronger router, Even from D-Link, a company whose products are outstanding. You could also get a signal booster, and connect it in the ares where you are having intermittent connectivity.

Looking to access a copy of owner's manual for dlink/ehome eh 100 and/or to get help setting security.

Hi,
Here's a link to the DLink website were the instruction manual is located. You'll need to find your exact model number on the page I've provided, then you'll need to pick the exact model version (instructions are provided on the website) and then you can download the Product Manual from the link on the left side.

Been away from my wireless router (EHOME eh100) for a while and have new laptop. Cannot remember key and password. How do i reset.

Hi there, the reset button on the back will delete all the info on the router however a short press will not. What you will need to do is hold the button down for a good 20 second.... if this does not work then pull the power lead out and push it back in with the reset button pushed in, again for a good few second. Now to view all setting on the router before hand open your web browser up and in the top address bar type 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.0.1 the access code for your router varies on the make but can usually be found in the manual.when asked for a user-name and password just enter those (usually the user-name is ADMIN & the password is PASSWORD or also ADMIN. anyway you shold then be able to view the log and all settings.... hope this help ....Tony A
