This model doesen't have Windows 7 support yet. Try with this driver version http://kb.netgear.com/app/products/model/a_id/2566, it might work with Windows 7 as well. Otherwise you'll have to wait or change the operating system.

The password has to be included when the device is requesting this. Should be printed on the dwvice somewhere.look around for it or try a hardline hookup then change the password.
Check what kind of security you upgraded BThomehub 2 uses. Since the hub supports more security-types then your adapter does, I suspect an incompatibility there.
You can solve it by connecting through cable and changing security to WEP or WPA (not WPA2).
