Stuck with my creative zen

-   i have the same problem
when you dont update it every 30 days
it goes into reboot
cause it thinks someone took it
everytime i turn it on its says creative
then goes in this weird line
then goes to the firewall thingy

-   I have the same problem. Mine crashed ages ago, so I resetted it and now all it does is rebuild about one third of the way and doesn't go any further, after a while it'll have another go and get to the same point, then it comes up with "Firmware Error" or something like that. It also makes a weird whirring noise when it gets to the point it's stuck at. It's really annoying, 'cause I have a years warranty and it didn't even break half way into the year, but I've lost my receipt, so I can't return it. I downloaded a firmware upgrade, but my computer's useless and doesn't like new applications and never even installed the Zen applications properly, so I installed all the Creative software into my Dad's laptop, but it won't install, because it can't read the hardware player properly due to it being broken, so when I go to try and upgrade the firmware, it won't read the MP3 player as being plugged in. -   i hav a Zen Vision M 60GB... and it gets stuck at this playlist that i'v made randomly...
and even when i reset, and after it rebuilds, it goes back to that screen and freezes...
i'v even let the battery die and recharge it fully, but the same thing happens... what can i do???

-   I have the same problem. My Zen Vision M froze in play mode and wouldn't turn off or react to any action I tried taking. I tried resetting it twice, but the reloading gets stuck about 75% through and will probably run the battery out.-   lizo1918
