Where do I get a replacement lens and how do I change it.
Unplug tape - like connection at laser - eye & replug it. Disassemble first. IT WORKED FOR ME !!!!!!!!!

It is for sure that your optical head is faulty , the laser is not detecting the data on the cd to be read and so the processor controller does not get any data to convey the message" no Disk"
Hence even after cleaning there is no result you will need to replace the head with a same type but to do it you will need some help with the new one as some precautions are necessary before the new one is installed. I hope you try cleaning the lens carefully with an ear bud as the final option before the head can be though of. Helpful I hope. Good day

Might be miss aligned. Try holding the disc still while it tries to boot up. The laser will shake and vibrate. Let go and try it again to see if it works. If nothing else, you've got nothing to lose.
