Might be miss aligned. Try holding the disc still while it tries to boot up. The laser will shake and vibrate. Let go and try it again to see if it works. If nothing else, you've got nothing to lose.

hi last week i have a dynex like you and a sell it 20$ new so don't change your lens the lens price is 32$ and 45$ for change it.
but you can tried something you can clean you lens whit cotton swabs and alcohol and do not uses peroxide.
