Cstar Optics Cstar BW-750B 7x-50mm Waterproof Binocular battery replacement?

The Cstar Optics Cstar BW-750B 7x-50mm Waterproof Binocular does not require any batteries for normal operation. It is a purely optical instrument that uses lenses and prisms to magnify the image. However, some binoculars may have a built- in digital compass or range finder that requires batteries. If your specific model has these features and requires batteries, you can typically find the battery compartment on the side or bottom of the binocular. The required battery type and number will be specified in the user manual or on the binocular itself. If you are having trouble finding or replacing the batteries, I would recommend reaching out to the manufacturer or a trusted optics specialist for assistance.

Dust removal inside fujinon techno-stabi binocular

The case has to be opened for this, and a can of compressed air used. There is the risk that the binocs can be knocked out of collimation, so you'd best ask a repair tech for a quote.

Techno stabil 14x40 . yellow light comes on. Green light wont follow. Pwr button will not turn off pwr . of course if gr does not come on no IS

Hi.

The binocular is behavior is the same as when the electronic control module is defective. First try resetting the electronics by pulling out and putting back the AA batteries. The power reset in some occasion may unlock a jammed control module. If you have an external power adapter also test the binocular using the power adapter.

If that does not help the control board must be replaced. Disassembling of optical units is quite delicate and require experience. In that case I suggest contacting Fuji to get support. You can also get a quote on repair from a third party service. Here the online form: Repair Form.

Here some contacts. You will find your local Fujinon contact on the user manual provided with the binocular:

Fujinon Technostabi 14x40--battery compartment, clip that holds battery in place broke off, need new battery compartment

I had this problem a couple of years ago. I bought a new battery compartment from Fujinon's US repair center: http://www.bakermarineusa.com. It was about $38. Unfortunately I now have the same problem with the new battery compartment. I'd like to find a source of the metal spring clips.
