Turn off the dsl modem, wait a few minutes, and turn it back on. do the same to the router. you may have lost the dsl service entirely so you may want to contact the provider if this doesn't help.
additionally, you may want to swap the ethernet ports on the router to the pc to an empty one. a port occasionally will fail. (had it happen to me before).
