first of all delete the searched blue tooth devices in the list and then try it again,
ask further if required,  before rating

My phone just wont connect model samsung b2100 just keeps coming up pairing failed don't get no passcode just letter p

Depends if this one is compatible on the list, but most of the time to ensure it you will have to pair it with a specific menu you have into (settings -> pair with phone and then you can select a menu).

try the one without synchronization, cause sometimes it cause troubles.

I have just paired up my new mobile phone Samsung S5600 to my parrot ck3100 and I have to manually connect every time I get in the car. I had a samsung u600 before and connected it automatically every time...

I realise it's been months since you had this problem so I hope you have been able to solve it but, just incase, I may be able to help you. I have just had the same issue - I had a prompt come up on the phone and I had to say 'yes' to connect to the car kit everytime I got in the car. I have a Samsung Preston touch screen phone, so this may not work for you, but I figured out that on the bluetooth screen on my phone (where you go to search for devices and you see your phone sitting in the middle of the screen with rings around it and the other devices pop up), that the parrot device will come up and, after you pair with the device you can press on the parrot device's icon and a menu will come up. One of the options is 'authorise device'. Once I selected this and changed it to 'yes', my phone and car kit automatically connected. It would help if the manual told you this! It is completely inadequate and doesn't provide good information or instructions.

I have misplaced the information on how to work my bluetooth headset (HFBLU-1K) could you send me a new one Thanks

These instructions should work for pairing your bluetooth device

1. First turn OFF the Bluetooth Headset
2. Place the Headset within a distance of 1 Foot of your phone.
3. Hold down the power key for about 8 seconds until indicator light blinks and starts to alternate between red and blue. This shows it is in pairing mode
4. Set your phone to search for a bluetooth device.
5. Select HFBLU-1K in the bluetooth device list and if required enter the password 1234

Hope this helps. Do let me know how you get on and remember to rate my answer. Thanks.

Pairing an "universal" bluetooth to the samsung behold

Do you still have the user manuals for both the phone and the IHF1000? Start by reading the bluetooth pairing sections in both manuals and trying what is listed. If you have already done this, then please detail where you are having difficulty in the pairing process.
