Question about GE GTH18KBR Top Freezer Refrigerator
Side by side fridge / freezer GE model # GSS22QGPA.
Thick layer of frost/ frozen ice in the back of the freezer - keeps food cold but not frozen. No cold air getting through to the fridge side. I've looked at the diagrams - would the part I need be a Sensor Temp or Thermostat defrost?
This has happenned 2x before. I called service for this (out of pocket expense) can't find the paperwork now and want to try fixing this myself. Can you please help?
