Keypad will not work

I have a Razr V3 that is only 1 month old and this morning the keypad stopped working. I can still see everything. The only button that will work is the red call end/off button. It will not let me do anything. I can see incoming calls but I am not able to answer. I have removed the battery and put back on to see if this would help, but it did not. My mom has this same phone and has never had any problems with hers. Does anyone know what I can do?

my keypad has stopped working except the red on/off button, i can get the select button to work some times if i rub my finger back and forth over it.
I can also get the down but to work for a split second after 5min of rubbing it in all directions but can't control how may time i pushed it then. but that dam voice recording keeps poping up, and taking it back to the home screen.

The phone died so I charged it up but now I can't turn it on or anything. I tried calling my phone but it is not working & goes straight to voicemail. I bought this phone off trade-me, received it on Friday. It worked well right up until it died on Monday. Nothing turns on at all.

I have the same problem phone fine one day and then just the red on/off button is working hlep

First my middle 'ok' button stopped working completely..So i shut my phone off for 10 minutes, then turned it back on. This time, not only did my 'ok' button not work, all my other buttons didn't work. I would press the red on/off button to turn the phone off, but it wouldn't turn off, it started to call someone in my phonebook, and kept on calling this person. So I took my battery out for 10 minutes, put it back in. Within seconds of having my phone on, without pressing anything it started to call this person again, it finally turned off, and I kept it off all night on the charger. Today, no buttons will work except my on/off button.

The phone turns on, I can see that I am receiving calls, can't answer... The key pad is not functioning....

The keypad isnt working,only the red hang up or on/off button works.I've even taken out the battery and put it back in jus to check if maybe the problem had anything to do with the battery.Otherwise everything is fine.

My Razor did get wet. I let it dry for 1 day and it stated working again, for about 2 days. It quit again

i have the exact same problem the only button that will work is my red on/off button. i have taken battery out several times and blown in it but nothing semms to work. is there any easy fix to this i dont really have time to drive the nearest store to get it fixed and i really need my phone!
